📥 Delivery of Digital Products
- All study notes are delivered digitally through your registered account.
- After payment, purchased notes are instantly available under “My Library / My Purchases”.
- A confirmation email with download details is also sent to your registered email ID.
⏱️ Delivery Time
- Instant Access: Most purchases are delivered immediately after payment confirmation.
- Exceptions: Rare cases (technical issues, payment delays) may take up to 2–6 hours.
🌍 Availability
- Notes are delivered digitally worldwide – no geographic restrictions.
- International users can access downloads with a registered Noteflick account.
🚫 Non-Delivery Issues
If you’ve purchased but can’t access your notes:
- Check your email for confirmation & download link.
- Refresh or log back into your Noteflick account.
- If the issue persists, contact info@noteflick.com with order details.
📦 Physical Shipping (Future)
- Currently, Noteflick does not ship physical products.
- If introduced in the future (printed notes, kits): standard/express shipping, charges & tracking will be displayed at checkout.
